Firestone
Entering its 16th IZOD IndyCar® Series season in 2011, Firestone remains the only tire manufacturer to have participated in every INDYCAR event since the inaugural race in 1996. In 2001, Firestone became the Official Tire of INDYCAR and the Indianapolis 500. Speaking of which, Firestone has accumulated a total of 60 victories at the Brickyard and are proud to boast their presence on the winning car of Ray Harroun in the very first running of the Indianapolis 500 in 1911, just two years after debuting the brand as a race tire.

Since their debut in 1909, founder Harvey Firestone and his company has won more than 100 major series championships and Firestone equipped drivers have earned more than 1,500 documented wins in 22 major racing series, competing on oval tracks and road/street courses around the globe.

Phillips-Van Heusen Corporation and its IZOD brand has been the primary sponsor of the IZOD IndyCar® Series and a proud supporter of the Indy Racing Experience since 2010.  Among the several elements of the IZOD-Indy Racing Experience partnership is complete branding of the IRE's Walt Disney World® Speedway operations, including single-seat and two-seat cars.  IZOD has also utilized IRE and its sister-company EMI for show car and street-legal 2-seater activation, as well as the build and operation of the IZOD Performance Pit and the IZOD Pit Stop Challenge.  Perhaps the cornerstone of the agreement is IZOD's use of the high-speed 2-seater prior to each race, including the Indianapolis 500.  In 2010, IZOD and Honda launched a nationwide campaign to allow a lucky fan to ride shotgun in the 2-seater prior to the IZOD IndyCar® Series race in Sonoma, Calif.  www.izod.com
